Why you’ll love it here From day one, you’ll take on responsibility for managing junior surveyors, with a clear pathway to building and leading your own team of up to 4 surveyors within a wider, well-supported structure. This role offers a strong blend of project delivery and commercial influence, giving you the opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging internal relationships and identifying new opportunities across the wider consultancy. * Work on a high-quality managed portfolio with project values up to £2M * Lead and develop junior surveyors, with a clear route to building your own team * Opportunity to drive commercial growth and unlock cross-team business opportunities About the role As the Associate Director you’ll work on Projects that include decarbonisation schemes, central plant replacements, and Cat A refurbishments, offering a diverse and technically engaging workload. Alongside project delivery, your role is key in driving forward new business, using warm contacts and leveraging internal teams to unlock new opportunities.
