Role Description
This is a full-time 12 month FTC maternity cover role as a Human Resources Advisor, based in Coalville. The HR Advisor will manage and support day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering positive employee relations. The role requires involvement in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and handling employee concerns. xwzovoh Additionally, the HR Advisor will provide advice, support, and guidance to employees and management to promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Knowledge and implementation of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in HR Management and Employee Relations for fostering a collaborative work environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIPD qualification or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with strong time-management and organisational skills
