This Family opportunity is to work with a highly ranked family Partner in Bristol and is a genuinely nice opportunity for a family solicitor who wants good-quality work in a supportive environment, and the chance to learn from an inspiring Head of Department who is known for being hands-on, approachable and invested in her team.

Please note Part time is an option.

You’ll have your own caseload from day one, but you won’t be on your own – there’s plenty of support, particularly on more complex, high-net-worth work!

What you’ll be doing

• Divorce and financial matters
• Private children work
• Advising unmarried couples
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• HNW cases involving businesses, property portfolios and trusts

There’s also a strong focus on resolving things outside of court where possible – so you’ll get exposure to mediation, round table meetings and other forms of dispute resolution. xwzovoh

A bit about you

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Solid experience in Private Family and Children matters
• Enjoys building relationships and takes a practical, down-to-earth approach
