Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC Contract experience on Rail Infrastructure? Do you have experience working contractor-side on infrastructure schemes? Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Rail) Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - flexible working available) Rate: £350 - £450 per day (IR35 dependant on assessment) Contract: Long-Term Contract Opportunity Start Date: ASAP Looking for a long-term rail commercial contract where you can take ownership of major NEC rail projects within a growing and flexible business? This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across a portfolio of rail infrastructure projects, including a £3m Access for All design & build scheme and a long-term ticket validator and gate programme running through to 2027/2028.
