Paid Social is at the heart of our acquisition strategy, and creative is the engine that powers it. As we scale some of the UK's most exciting DTC brands, we're now looking for an AI Designer who sits at the intersection of creativity and technology — someone who uses the latest AI tools to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-driven creative at speed and scale.
Prospa has rapidly grown into a team of 20, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. We offer hybrid working (2 days from home), a vibrant office culture, and regular team events to celebrate successes. Training is central to our ethos — we invest heavily in team development with structured programmes designed to fuel your growth.
The Role
You'll work directly alongside our Paid Social Managers and creative strategists to produce high-performing ad creative for our DTC client portfolio. Using AI-powered tools and your design expertise, you'll bring briefs to life quickly and intelligently — testing, iterating, and optimising creative that drives real results for real brands.
Responsibilities
- Use AI design tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar) to produce paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, and other key channels.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Social Managers to interpret creative briefs and translate strategy into compelling visual content.
- Produce a high volume of creative variants to support structured testing frameworks — hooks, formats, copy overlays, and more.
- Iterate rapidly on creative based on performance data, keeping winning concepts fresh and competitive.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, AI tool developments, and DTC creative best practices.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring every asset feels on-brand and conversion-focused.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by developing initial creative concepts that set the tone for their Paid Social strategy.
- Continuously push creative standards — stagnation is not an option.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a design role with a strong portfolio of paid social creative (static, video, or motion).
- Hands-on experience with AI design and content generation tools — you're not just aware of them, you use them daily.
- A solid understanding of what makes paid social creative perform — hooks, thumb-stop moments, CTAs, and format best practices.
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple brands and briefs simultaneously.
- Strong eye for detail and brand — you know when something is off and you know how to fix it.
- Experience in E-commerce or DTC is a strong plus.
- A growth mindset — you're always experimenting, learning, and improving your toolkit.
