About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Global Mobility within the investment management and financial services sector, based in London. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with expertise in global mobility, international assignments, and relocation programmes within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will play a key role in shaping global mobility strategy while ensuring compliance and delivering seamless relocation solutions.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global mobility strategies aligned with business growth and international expansion.
- Oversee end-to-end international assignment management, including immigration, compliance, relocation, and tax planning.
- Lead global relocation programmes, ensuring efficient and seamless employee transitions.
- Act as the subject matter expert on global mobility, advising senior stakeholders and HR leadership.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to international regulations.
- Design scalable mobility frameworks to support a growing and evolving global workforce.
- Manage relationships with relocation providers and external vendors to optimise service delivery.
- Monitor and control mobility-related costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Utilise HR systems and analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Lead and deliver mobility-related projects, improving processes through technology and innovation.
- Promote best practices in global mobility and relocation across the organisation.
- Mentor and support HR team members, fostering development and knowledge-sharing.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in global mobility and relocation, ideally within the moving or relocation industry.
- Strong knowledge of international compliance, immigration, and tax regulations.
- Experience managing complex international assignments and mobility programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex global mobility challenges.
- Degree educated, with experience using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR analytics tools preferred.
