The Role: Sales Development Representative
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a successful career in technology sales.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with mid-market organisations, and booking qualified meetings for the wider sales team. Working collaboratively across internal teams, you will play a key role in the early stages of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Development Representative
Proactively prospect and engage potential customers
Promote Data Resilience and Cyber Security solutions
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Book and attend meetings with prospective clients
Work closely with sales and technical teams to support pipeline development
Meet and exceed KPIs (calls, contacts, meetings booked)
Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and technologiesAbout You
Minimum 18 months’ experience in a similar sale or SDR role (ideally within IT/tech)
Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Resilient with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Interest in technology, particularly cyber security and data solutionsCareer Progression
This role is designed as a clear pathway into a full sales position. High-performing SDRs can expect progression into a sales role within 10–12 months.
