This role will cover nationwide YOU MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL & STAY AWAY Duties * Install, commission, and test air conditioning systems in accordance with technical specifications and schematics. * Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably. * Diagnose faults and perform repairs on various air conditioning units and related equipment. * Lead maintenance teams during large-scale projects or system upgrades, providing guidance and supervision. * Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to facilitate accurate installation and repair work. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all phases of work. * Collaborate with construction teams during building projects to integrate air conditioning systems seamlessly. * Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, and system performance. Skills * Strong mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning systems and equipment repair. * Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and manuals. * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. * Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air conditioning units. * Knowledge of construction processes as they relate to HVAC installation projects. * Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. * Good communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively.
