Production Engineer

Sapien Engineering are looking for a Production Engineer to join a defence client near Ramsgate, Kent. This is a permanent role paying up to £40,000 D.O.E + benefits. Job requirements: * Manage manufacturing equipment and production processes. * Electronics knowledge essential * Create production plans and build documentation. * Improve efficiency, quality, and reliability. * Support continuous improvement and new product introduction. * Lead production engineering for technology transfer projects. * Write work instructions and equipment specifications. * Carry out tasks assigned by management. * Select and implement new technologies. * Produce technical reports and documentation. * Support production with fault finding and problem solving. * Develop automated equipment and specialised tools to improve manufacturing.
