Graduate Learning Support Assistant (SEN) Location: London Pay: £110-£120 per day (depending on experience) Start: ASAP / Ongoing Agency: Tempest Resourcing Are you a recent graduate passionate about making a difference in education? Do you have a genuine interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Tempest Resourcing is seeking enthusiastic and caring Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join a range of fantastic schools across London. About the Role: As a Graduate LSA, you will support pupils with a variety of SEN needs-including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language difficulties, and learning delays. Working under the guidance of experienced teachers and SENCOs, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop essential skills both in and out of the classroom. This is an ideal role for graduates considering a career in teaching, psychology, therapy, or youth work.
