We are recruiting for a Commercial Support Assistant to join a friendly and growing logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional looking to develop their career within the freight forwarding industry. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day pricing and network enquiries accurately and efficiently. Obtain and maintain freight rates from carriers, suppliers and overseas partners. Prepare and issue customer quotations. Liaise with suppliers, carriers and overseas agents regarding rates, routes and transit times. Maintain accurate pricing and supplier records. Support commercial reporting, analysis and ad-hoc projects. About You Previous sales experience is essential. Freight forwarding and/or pricing experience is desirable. Good understanding of transport and international logistics. Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and IT literacy.
