We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in Milton Keynes, a growing, commercially driven organisation. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team who will play a key role within their HR function.
Reporting into senior HR leadership, this position is a mostly operational role, supporting a defined business area through periods of change and growth. You will play a critical role in shaping the people agenda, driving engagement, and partnering with leaders to improve performance and employee experience.

Key responsibilities for a HR Business Partner:
Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective people solutions aligned to business objectives
Support organisational change initiatives, including transformation and continuous improvement programmes
Develop and deliver a clear people plan aligned with the wider HR strategy
Use HR data and insights to identify trends, improve performance and reduce absence and attrition
Drive employee engagement initiatives across the full employee lifecycle
Support workforce planning and succession planning activities
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations and people matters
Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant, effective and fit for purpose
Identify xwzovoh opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working
Contribute to enhancing overall employee experience across the organisation
Key requirements for a HR Business Partner:
CIPD level 5 qualification is required
Experience within a similar role
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Experience supporting organisational change and HR transformation initiatives
Ability to analyse HR data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
