Key aspects of the role: Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly. Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects. Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley. Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing. What you'll need: Essential: Social Housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, maintenance experience.
