As Senior Commercial Manager , you will play a key leadership role within our Asset Management team, overseeing the commercial, financial, and soft-technical aspects of PV and wind projects across the UK.
You will be responsible for managing project economics, contracts, reporting, and stakeholder relationships. Working in a dynamic team across the UK, Germany, and Italy may require occasional travel across Europe.
Prepare and maintain liquidity planning, budgets, and cost controls.
Produce clear and accurate investor, owner, and bank reports on financial performance.
Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.
Manage insurance and warranty claims on behalf of project companies.
Liaise and collaborate with investors, banks, technical teams, auditors, tax advisors, and public authorities.
Commercial/financial training or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in renewable energy asset management (solar and/or wind) or real estate asset management.
Strong financial, commercial, and contract management expertise.
Highly proficient with MS Office applications.
Excellent English communication skills (native-level or equivalent).
You will be reporting to the Head of Asset Management.
Location: Hybrid (UK-based, with collaboration across UK, Italy and Germany)
