Project Manager Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + package Location: Leeds M62 & M1 Corridor An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing engineering and building services team, managing projects up to £300,000 from initial survey through to completion. What We Offer * £50,000 – £55,000 salary * Company laptop and tablet * Choice of company van or car allowance * Monthly mobile phone allowance * 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays * Extra day off for your birthday * Excellent career progression opportunities The Role As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of project delivery, working closely with Supervisors, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Responsibilities include: * Managing projects up to £300k from survey to completion. * Site set-up and mobilisation. * Managing direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers. * Managing client relationships and project delivery. * Ensuring multi-trade projects are delivered on time and to budget. * Maintaining accurate project documentation. * Supporting project close-out and invoicing. * Surveying and pricing small works. * Identifying additional project opportunities. * Travelling across the M62 and M1 corridor, with occasional further travel. * Working in line with CDM Regulations and health & safety requirements. About You We're looking for a Project Manager with experience managing multi-trade projects and confidently dealing with subcontractors, clients and suppliers. You'll ideally have: * Experience managing projects up to £300k. * Strong commercial and organisational skills. * Good understanding of CDM Regulations. * Excellent communication skills. * A proactive and positive approach. * Willingness to travel. * Ability to achieve SC Security Clearance.
