As Operations Manager you’ll play a pivotal, hands‑on role in shaping how inventory, repair and warehouse operations drive the business, helping define how we plan, execute, and scale now and in the future.You’ll operate at the core of our operations driving strategy, improving critical planning systems and processes, and leading performance‑critical initiatives around service, inventory accuracy, and cost. What You'll DoLeading End-to-End OperationsLead day-to-day operational activities across warehousing, inventory management, workshop repairs/assembly, and transport functions.Ensure resources, people, equipment and processes are aligned to deliver safety, quality, service and cost objectives.Oversee repair schedules to ensure customer commitments and business requirements are achieved.Driving Warehouse, Inventory & Materials Performance Own end-to-end materials, inventory and warehouse operations supporting manufacturing, repair and distribution activities.Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through robust stock control, cycle counting and process discipline.
