A new opportunity has been created for a Senior Legal Counsel to lead on financial services legal compliance for B2C lending as well as supporting the business with a broad range of commercial and contractual work.

Hybrid working at HQ in the West Midlands.

Forming part of a UK based Legal team and reporting into the General Counsel, you will work closely with stakeholders and advise across a range of legal areas with a focus on:

• leading on retail finance arrangements from retail finance agreements to legal compliance, advertising and marketing promotions.
• drafting, negotiating, and advising on a full range of commercial contracts - supply and procurement contracts, distribution agreements, technology, and customer contracts.
• You will also support the business with wider legal areas such marketing, IP, disputes and general compliance.

If you are a commercial lawyer with retail finance / financial services experience, then this could be a great role to work in an established team of an international growing business.
