Location: London (Fenchurch Street)
Salary: £40,000 + 20% Bonus
Working Pattern: Full-time
1 day WFH post probation
My client is a growing events and hospitality business with a strong corporate and private events portfolio. They are now seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join the team and support continued commercial growth.
This is a commercially focused role combining reactive sales, account management and client relationship development. You will play a key role in managing enquiries, driving conversions and maximising repeat business across a busy events portfolio.
The role would suit an experienced hospitality or events sales professional who is commercially driven, highly organised and confident managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound event enquiries and convert bookings
Build and maintain strong client and venue relationships
Create tailored proposals and quotations
Manage accounts and drive repeat business opportunities
Support wider revenue growth across the events portfolio
Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity
Support achievement of team revenue targets
About You
Previous experience within event sales, venues or hospitality
Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple enquiries and priorities simultaneously
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Benefits
£40,000 base salary
20% bonus
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
1 day WFH post probation
