The school is looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and confident supporting children with a range of additional needs. The role will involve working closely with the class teacher, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You may be supporting children with SEND, so a calm and understanding approach is essential.
