F & B Assistant Manager Salary circa £35k – DOE Hotel: North Leeds The role: You will support the F&B Direct Operations Manager in running the venue's dining, bar, and events operations such as weddings and conferences. Key duties include leading front-of-house staff, monitoring daily service quality, managing stock and being involved in budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. About you: They are looking for a good personality, good potential to train and invest in. They are looking for someone to help up-selling the restaurant dishes/ wines and increase their standards and build team morals.
