Our Trade Support area is made up of three teams - Regulatory Transaction Reporting being one. The team of three are responsible for fulfilling our trade and transaction reporting responsibilities currently under MIFID II, EMIR, FINFRAG, MAS and SFTR.Your roleUnderstand the Regulatory Transaction Reporting regimes/requirements and ensure PAM is compliant.Accurately complete daily tasks to control scope, data quality and timeliness of reporting utilising Unavista, Tradecho and IHS Markit to fulfil our regulatory trade and transaction reporting.Ensure precise and timely reporting to ARMs, TRs and APAs, using STP and exception management.Ensure completeness and accuracy of our reporting responsibilities through EMIR TR Reconciliations and FCA reconciliations.Act as central point of contact for Transaction Reporting queries from internal and external stakeholders.Manage onboarding tasks for new Funds, IDMs/EDMs.Use KPIs to identify issues and monitor the accuracy and timing of our reporting.Your profileTwo to three years’ experience in a Regulatory Transaction Reporting team or a broader role including coverage of regulatory reporting within Asset Management.Knowledge of MIFID and EMIR regulations.Competent user of Microsoft Excel including VBA.Experience using the following applications would be useful but not required: Unavista, Trade Echo, Charles River, Simcorp Dimension, GTSS, IHS Markit.Strong communication skills, attention to detail with a can-do approach and questioning mindset.You will have a genuine interest in regulation and the ability to learn quickly. You will thrive in a busy environment, have strong time management skills and show flexibility when reacting to changing priorities.
