Multi Skilled Shift Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our client’s operations team, responsible for mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance at a site based in Milton Keynes. * Competitive Salary – Up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience * 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays * Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings * Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out) As Multi Skilled Shift Engineer, you will: * Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara * Respond promptly to building alarms (via helpdesk or BMS) and escalating where required * Manage reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM system and meet SLA targets * Liaise closely with Supervisor, technical admin, and service delivery teams. * Escort/coordinate subcontractors during maintenance visits. * Participate in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance. Working hours / Shift pattern: * Working alternating weeks - 7am to 4pm / 10am to 7pm * Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week * Every 5th week - Tuesday to Saturday - 8am to 5pm * Call out 1-in 5 (only for emergencies) Benefits * Matched pension contributions (5–6%) * Annual bonus (up to 4%) * Life assurance * Access to our industry-leading training academy * Discounts, vouchers, and financial aid programs Requirements * Time‑served in Electrical or Mechanical or Fabric disciplines (minimum 3 years) * City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline Desirable: * City & Guilds Part 3 or NVQ Level 2 * 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations TXM Recruit is an equal opportunities employer.
