Connect Appointments is recruiting a Forklift Driver to join our East Kilbride-based manufacturing client on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (early finish on Fridays) ~£13.33 per hour, increasing to £13.99 after probation (around 12 weeks) ~ Paid weekly ~ Immediate starts available As a Forklift Driver, your duties will include: Manoeuvring forklifts safely in a busy industrial environment Stacking, moving and relocating goods to designated storage and loading areas Unloading deliveries and consolidating partial pallets Keeping forklift operating areas clear of spills and obstructions The ideal Forklift Driver will have: Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment A solid understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements
