- £80,000 per year, DoE Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm.
Job type: Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Estimator to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Estimator: You will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, analysing project requirements, reviewing project drawings and specifications, and collaborating with project managers and clients.
The Estimator will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and within budget, and will be required to input into the written responses to the various quality questions.
Requirements of the Estimator: Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, reviewing Employer's Requirements, project drawings and specifications Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records Experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience as an Estimator for a Tier 1
