About the role
We’re working with a leading contractor delivering large-scale cladding remediation and façade projects across the North west. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of key packages on site.
You must have experience of first hand delviery of cladding packages and ideally birckwork.
The Role:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
* Oversee subcontractors, foremen and site teams
* Coordinate with commercial, design and H&S teams to drive delivery
* Monitor programme, quality and productivity on site
* Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reporting
* Ensure compliance with RAMS, H&S and all relevant regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience working with recognised façade/cladding contractors
* Strong background delivering cladding and/or EWI packages (essential)
* Track record of delivering works to programme and budget
* SMSTS, CSCS and relevant site certifications
* Strong subcontractor management and site leadership skills
* Minimum 4+ years’ relevant experience
