About the role
Wilson James is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for Belfast International Airport, full-time, on-site, 40 hours per week. The role delivers expert HR support across the employee lifecycle and partners with site leadership to drive compliance and business outcomes.
You will lead complex employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, and implement engagement strategies while ensuring statutory compliance and policy adherence. CIPD Level 5 is preferred.
