Job Title: Architect (Part 3 / ARB Registered)
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000
Location: Newcastle

The Role
We're looking for a qualified architect to join our team, contributing to projects across a range of scales and sectors. You'll work across the full design process, from concept through to completion, and play an active role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging with clients and contractors, and resolving technical challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering technically robust, design-led work across healthcare, education, and other sectors
Managing defined work packages with awareness of project budgets and programme
Identifying and resolving key technical details and compliance requirements
Supporting and mentoring Part 1 and Part 2 colleagues
Contributing to studio culture, day-to-day management, and business developmentAbout You
ARB registered with RIBA Part 3
Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction types, and building systems
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with external stakeholders
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; BIM coordination experience is a plus
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
