Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Stratford Location: Stratford (Office-based) Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 A well-established specialist subcontractor in the interiors sector is looking to recruit a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team at its Stratford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The Role You will support the commercial team across a range of drylining and interior fit-out packages, gaining exposure to projects from tender stage through to final account. Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, you will develop a strong understanding of subcontractor commercial management. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with cost management across multiple projects Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts Assisting with procurement of materials and subcontract packages Monitoring project costs and helping to report on financial performance Supporting contract administration and documentation Building relationships with site teams, suppliers, and clientsAbout You Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline Strong numerical and analytical skills Good communication and organisational abilities A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Drylining or interiors experience/knowledge is desirable, but not essentialWhat's on Offer Competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 Structured training and development Exposure to a specialist sector within construction Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunitiesThis role is ideal for a graduate looking to build a career in quantity surveying within a specialist subcontracting environment.
