Project Manager - Change & Transformation

Project Manager with excellent experience leading business change, transformation, and organisational design initiatives required on a permanent basis by a leading wealth management firm based in their Swindon HQ (3 days / week on site).

The client is in a phase of accelerated growth across their enterprise change function, with substantial investment in technology, transformation, and operating model evolution.

You will own project delivery, leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects focused on business change, transformation, organisational design, and process improvement. This will include shaping and implementing target operating models, supporting structural change, and ensuring alignment between strategy, processes, and people. You will take ownership of timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issues, acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have the following:

• Excellent experience as a Project Manager
• Financial Services exposure
• Strong experience leading end-to-end business change, transformation, and organisational design projects
• Experience delivering operating model design and implementation
• Demonstrable process improvement skills (i.e. Lean Six Sigma)
• Hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum & Kanban)
• Certification in project management (i.e. PMP, Prince2, Agile, SAFe)
• Ability to cut through ambiguity and operate in a dynamic environment
• Excellent prioritisation skills across change, budgeting & resource allocation
• Exemplary stakeholder management & communication skills

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, owning governance, timelines, risks, and quality. Acting as the key stakeholder contact, you will provide clear updates and build strong relationships, motivate teams, resolve challenges, and ensure successful outcomes whilst championing continuous improvement. This is a permanent position based in Swindon (3 days / week), offering a salary between £55,000 – £60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits package.
