Key Responsibilities * Support Home Managers to deliver outstanding care and compliance * Drive service improvement and quality outcomes * Support homes through inspections and action plans * Improve operational performance, occupancy and team engagement * Provide hands-on leadership across a portfolio of services About You * Previous care home management or operational leadership experience * Nurse Qualification * Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards * Proven track record of service improvement * Excellent leadership, coaching and relationship-building skills * Able to travel across Scotland as required Interested?
