Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and we are not necessarily looking for those with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided by our amazing team. What we would like is a variety of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, and love working in a positive, creative team. A place they can thrive! This is a role based in our residential service in our Holmewood, Chesterfield. The role involves working on a varied rota (which is set monthly) and will include evening and weekend work. It will also include personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.
