Fire Alarm Engineer Leatherhead / London £60,000–£70,000 OTE (Door-to-Door Travel) We’re recruiting an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join a growing team working across commercial sites in London. This role is focused on servicing, maintenance, small works, and call-outs, offering strong earning potential, excellent benefits, and long-term stability. What’s on offer: * £40,000 basic salary * £60,000–£70,000 OTE * Door-to-door paid travel * Overtime paid after 9 hours per day (enhanced rate) * Company van or car (personal use included) * No vehicle tracking * Oyster card provided (if preferred over driving) * 1-in-6 call-out rota * £175 standby payment * Unlimited optional overtime * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Extra day off for your birthday * 08:00 – 17:00 working hours * Manufacturer training and development * Company pension * Regular team events The role: As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and reactive call-outs across a range of commercial sites. You’ll ensure all systems are fully compliant, reliable, and operating to a high standard, working both independently and as part of a mobile engineering team.
