Leasehold building manager

BDS are working with a leading not-for-profit housing organisation who provide affordable homes across London. We are looking for a building manager to work across Harrow, Brent and Islington. As a building manager, you’ll collaborate closely with housing officers for specific locations to provide an excellent customer service and be accountable to residents. Specific duties will include: * Ensure communal areas and estates are well-maintained and aligned with residents' expectations. * Be accountable to residents, ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and service charges are fair and transparent. * Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a good knowledge of buildings and service charges. * Implement strategies to enhance the safety and aesthetic appeal of communal areas. * Play a key role in resolving disputes or complaints related to communal spaces and estates. Please note this role will be based onsite in the community and in office.
