The Role You’ll work alongside teachers and school staff to support pupils with a range of academic, social, and behavioural needs. Every day will bring something different, but your contribution will have a lasting impact. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils during lessons to keep them focused and involved Assisting with literacy and numeracy activities Promoting positive behaviour through consistency and clear guidance Helping to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student progress This is a practical, people-focused role where you’ll directly contribute to pupils’ development. We’re looking for individuals who are: Calm, dependable, and resilient Positive role models with a confident approach Flexible and open to working across different school settings Strong communicators who work well as part of a team Experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care is beneficial, but not essential.
