As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Help students overcome emotional, behavioural and learning barriers. Apply psychological theory and behaviour strategies in the classroom. Create a safe, engaging and positive learning environment. Work alongside Teachers, Therapists and SEN professionals.This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to gain valuable experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Speech and Language Therapy, Mental Health Services or Teaching. You will gain relevant safeguarding training, and help support the schools fully-integrated therapy programme.
