The Role

We are working with one of the UK’s leading eyewear retailers to recruit a qualified Dispensing Optician to join their team in Glasgow.

This is a varied position where you’ll use your dispensing expertise to support customers and colleagues, ensuring high standards of care, accuracy, and service, within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide expert advice on frames, lenses, and prescriptions

·        Support customers throughout the dispensing process

·        Assist with prescription queries and order accuracy

·        Work closely with colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience

·        Maintain high standards of attention to detail and customer care

About You

·        Qualified Dispensing Optician

·        Registered with the General Optical Council

·        Member of the Association of British Dispensing Opticians

·        Up to date with CPD requirements

·        Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and prescriptions

·        Comfortable xwzovoh managing a busy workload

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills
