A top‑tier, international law firm is seeking a Partner‑level real estate lawyer to lead its Housebuilder practice in Yorkshire.

This is a genuine leadership role, offering autonomy to build and grow the firm's presence across Leeds and the wider region, supported by an established national housebuilder team and longstanding panel relationships.

The Role

• Lead and develop the Housebuilder practice in Yorkshire
• Act as the regional relationship partner for key housebuilder clients
• Grow work from existing national clients and panels
• Drive new client development in the Yorkshire market
• Lead and expand a regional team, with scope to hire as the practice grows
• Collaborate closely with partners across a national sector group

About You

• Established Real Estate / Development Partner, or senior lawyer ready for partnership
• Strong experience acting for housebuilder clients
• Credible profile in the Yorkshire development market
• Commercial, strategic and motivated to build a practice
• A following xwzovoh or portable work advantageous but not essential
