Senior Workshop Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of an established plant machinery business based near Sevenoaks who are looking for an experienced Plant Workshop Fitter / Foreman to join their workshop team. This is a hands‑on role with supervisory responsibility, focused on maintaining high standards of repair, safety, and workflow within a busy workshop environment. Key Duties Service, maintain, and repair plant machinery Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults Carry out preventative maintenance Ensure equipment meets safety and compliance standards Maintain service records and job documentation Support and oversee daily workshop activity Requirements Experience as a Plant / Workshop Fitter Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge Ability to read technical manuals and schematics Relevant plant maintenance qualifications (preferred) Safety‑focused and reliable work ethic
