Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician Canterbury, Kent (Office Based - 5 Days Per Week) £35,000 - £45,000 + Award-Winning Practice + Long-Term Stability + Strong Technical Focus + Career Progression This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician to join one of Kent's most established and respected architectural practices, known for delivering high-quality technical packages and long-term client relationships. Are you looking for a long-term role with progression opportunities into Associate / Partner level? This well-established architectural practice has been operating for over 100 years. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering projects in a consistent and trusted way, particularly within developer-led residential housing, alongside commercial and education projects. Due to continued growth and workload, the technical team are now looking to bring in an additional Technologist/Technician to support project delivery across the team. The ideal candidate will have strong Building Regulations knowledge, solid technical experience, and be confident delivering construction-level information. Residential experience would be beneficial, although commercial experience is also welcomed.
