HR Business Advisor

Salary up to £33,408 per annum We are looking for an organised, proactive and people‑focused HR Business Advisor to support the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive and forward‑thinking HR service. Working closely with managers and leaders across the organisation, you will provide practical, professional HR information and advice. You will play a key role in supporting a positive staff experience, developing management capability, and ensuring our people practices align with the College’s ambitions and values. Qualified to Level 5 CIPD, and with a sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner, with excellent communication skills, who enjoys building strong relationships, contributing to organisational improvement and making a visible impact.
