Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs Pay Rate: £95.00 – £98.00 per day Location: Northfield, Birmingham Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 09:30 – 16:15 Wednesday: 09:30 – 17:00 Full-time | Term Time Only Start Date: February 2026 Smart Education is recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs within a specialist educational setting in the Northfield area. This is a full-time, term-time position starting February 2026. This role is suited to a Teaching Assistant who is confident working with pupils who may present challenging behaviour, require emotional and behavioural support, and benefit from clear structure, consistency, and nurturing relationships.
