Assembly Operator - East Kilbride £25,875 + overtime + bonus Monday - Wednesday 7am till 5.15pm, Thursday 7am till 4.45pm Are you confident working with your hands and have a good eye for detail? We're recruiting for Production Operators to join a growing manufacturer in East Kilbride. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business at the heart of global technology manufacturing. What you'll be doing: The build and assembly of small components in the manufacture of specialised products Working to Standard Operating Procedures and build diagrams to assemble parts in line with required quality standards Use of hand tools, calibration equipment and heating elements to assist with the intricate assembly processes Working in a cleanroom environment whilst adhering to all associated Health & Safety processes Inspecting parts during assembly to maintain quality and consistency Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting ways to streamline or enhance processes Meeting production targets as part of a small, focused team Maintaining a tidy and safe workspaceWhat we're looking for: Experience in a assembly or production environment with a high level of quality inspection / assurance Experience in a Manufacturing Operator OR a Build / Assembly role Steady hand-eye coordination and attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good team spirit with the ability to work independently when needed Commitment to maintaining a clean and careful work styleWhat's you can expect: Monday - Thursday day shift with an early finish every Thursday Twice-yearly bonus scheme Pension, death-in-service benefit, and Cycle to Work/Electric Car SchemeFull training is provided, so if you're motivated, precise, and ready to join a growing team, this could be your next role.
