We are seeking a senior leader to oversee enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit and corporate insurance. This is a high‑profile role acting as a trusted adviser to the Executive Committee and Board, shaping the organisation’s governance, risk appetite and assurance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit to ensure strong governance, compliance and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and financial requirements across the business.
• Drive a risk‑aware culture, overseeing enterprise‑wide risk identification and mitigation.
• Advise the Executive Committee and Board on commercial, operational, financial and legal risk.
• Lead enhancements to the governance and risk framework, aligned to business objectives.
• Own the corporate insurance strategy, including procurement, policy compliance, risk transfer and claims oversight.
• Build strong relationships with regulators, insurers, auditors and internal stakeholders.

About You

You’ll be an experienced risk, audit or governance leader with strong board exposure, commercial judgement and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
