Contract Panel Beater – Accident & Repair Shop (Outside IR35) We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy accident and repair workshop on a contract basis. This role is outside IR35 and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment. Location: Wellingborough, Northants Hours: Monday to Friday, 50–60 hours per week Rate: £20ltd per hour Role Responsibilities: Repairing and restoring vehicles damaged in accidents to a high standard Stripping, straightening, and welding body panels Preparing vehicles for painting and finishing Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality Following health & safety guidelines and workshop proceduresRequirements: Proven experience as a panel beater in an accident repair environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship Own tools preferredWhat we offer: Consistent Monday to Friday hours Supportive, professional workshop environment Opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles If you are a skilled Panel Beater looking for a long-term contract, apply now to join our dedicated team
