Reporting To: Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records Support residents with their personal and clinical care needs Promote dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing Work collaboratively with the wider care and nursing team Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the home Ensure care standards and regulatory requirements are consistently maintained What Were Looking For Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A compassionate, professional, and team-focused approach Commitment to delivering outstanding resident care Whats On Offer?
