What you’ll be doing:

• Lead engineering projects from concept through to product launch
• Act as the technical bridge between engineering, sales, customers and supply chain
• Drive delivery through structured project / phase-gate processes
• Support global sourcing, BOM management, and product improvements
• Contribute to new product strategy and roadmap development

What we’re looking for:

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally or internationally
• Solid xwzovoh understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset
