Maintenance Operative

About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a unique, high-quality residential care setting that is unlike a traditional care home. Set within a beautiful period property with extensive gardens and countryside views, this service provides care for adults aged 35+ with complex mental health needs, dementia, and behavioural challenges. The environment is designed to feel homely, calm, and engaging, with a strong focus on quality of life, independence, and community living. Residents are supported to remain active and involved in daily life, with care built around meaningful activities rather than routine alone. The Role We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of this distinctive property and its grounds. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining both the functionality and character of a building.
