The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end commercial fit-out project in Central London. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects to the highest standards.

You will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team, including site managers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Oversee programme, budget, and quality control
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Coordinate design development and resolve technical challenges
• Ensure health & safety compliance across all stages of the project
• Manage procurement and subcontractor performance

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-end commercial fit-out projects in Central London
• Strong track record as a Project Manager within a reputable main contractor
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Relevant construction qualification (e.g. degree or equivalent)
