About the role
Pepper Advantage is one of the leading loan servicing companies in the UK, and we are currently recruiting for an Mortgage Arrears Administrator to join our established team in Uxbridge.

We are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in their work to support the Arrears and Litigation Team in delivering workout solutions to customers experiencing payment difficulties.
As a Mortgage Arrears Administrator, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Inputting Direct Debit Mandates and due date changes
- Creating retrieving and inputting Field Agent instructions and reports
- Completing DWP & Pension Credit forms
- Inputting data for Government schemes
- Checking system generated letters for accuracy
- Inputting and validating income and expenditure information
- Sorting daily correspondence, link to the relevant account and allocating to case owners
- Scanning documents
- Checking, inputting and processing invoices and checking invoice reports
- Updating account with litigation correspondence from panel solicitors, and referring to A&L Specialists where appropriate
- Checking and updating accounts in relation to daily direct debit reports
Essential Skills:
- Strong all round administration skills including use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Organised and reliable
- Able to effectively plan and adjust workload according to team priorities
- Able to respond positively and flexibly to requests for help or support
- Can demonstrate an understanding of team member roles and responsibilities and balance own needs with those of the team and service
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
Additional Information:
This is a hybrid role and there will be an expectation of two days per week office attendance after a period of office-based training.
