Market Access Manager

As a Market Access Manager, you will operate across a defined Integrated Care System, acting as a trusted partner to key decision-makers. You’ll lead the development of forward-thinking, value-based initiatives and strategic collaborations that enhance patient outcomes while supporting system-wide healthcare priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust market access strategies that drive commercial success while delivering tangible value to patients and the wider health system
• Build and implement targeted stakeholder engagement plans, identifying and influencing key decision-makers and opinion leaders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and medical teams to generate insights that inform strategy and optimise decision-making
• Act as a category/brand lead, bringing deep market understanding and strategic insight to shape direction and maximise impact
• Identify and deliver innovative partnership models, including joint working projects, that create sustainable benefits for healthcare systems and patients

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment, including NHS structures, policies and evolving priorities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships within the NHS.
• Experience in developing and delivering strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-impact programmes, collaborations, or access initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of patient pathways within relevant therapy areas.
• Ability to shape and influence strategy through insight-driven thinking and effective communication.
• Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• A values-driven approach, with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
